GrandVista Mobile Detailing provides mobile vehicle detailing services in the Greater Twin Cities area, including Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. Our services include interior detailing, exterior detailing, ceramic coating application, boat detailing, RV detailing, and fleet detailing programs. All services are performed at the customer's location, typically in a driveway or parking area.
Appointments can be booked through our website or by calling us at (612) 225-4473. When you book an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle, including its size, condition, and location. Pricing shown on our website is based on standard vehicle conditions. Vehicles requiring extra work due to heavy soiling, pet hair, or other factors may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before work begins.
We understand that plans change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to another customer. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in a requirement for a deposit on future bookings.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For fleet and commercial accounts, payment terms may be established separately through a written agreement.
We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your detail, please let us know within 24 hours of service completion and we will work with you to make it right. Our goal is for every customer to be completely happy with the result.
GrandVista Mobile Detailing takes great care with every vehicle we service. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, paint defects, or conditions that are not caused by our work. We carry appropriate insurance for our operations. If you believe damage has occurred during a service, please contact us immediately so we can assess and address the situation.
Permission is granted to use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes such as browsing services, getting price estimates, and booking appointments. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our website content, images, or branding for any commercial purpose without written permission from GrandVista Mobile Detailing.
